Each element specially crafted and composed to match the frequencies of each chakra:

The series begins with the root chakra and progresses up the meridian line of the body, finishing with the crown chakra.

Once this cycle is complete, we begin again with the root chakra.

You may join us for any of the classes along the way, and it's not necessary to take them in order, although many find it beneficial to do so.

The Chakra Workshop Series is a cycle of seven classes dedicated to honoring, centering, and tuning into each of our chakras, one at a time.
